About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently determines and develops approaches to solutions for assigned projects
  • Provides technical solutions to detail certain aspects of product design
  • Performs analysis to define design requirements for modification to existing tools, utilities, system structures
  • Recommends and maintains technical design methodologies, processes, and standards
  • Provides technical guidance to junior level engineers
  • Assist Tech Leads and Management with project scope
  • Consistently meet commitments
  • Conduct presentations internally and externally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent coding skills in C or C++ or Go
  • Background in networking technologies & protocols like IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP etc.
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a Master’s degree
  • Experience in complex Kubernetes orchestrated micro services
  • Experience building networking, storage, security solutions in Public Cloud
  • Exceptional problem solving, analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Knowledge in various CNI and routing in public cloud infrastructure is desirable
  • Experience with Linux, node storage, Kubernetes RBAC etc is desirable
  • Experience with gitlab/github or other source code management is needed.
