About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive programs from concept to completion, including requirement gathering, design reviews, planning, execution, testing, and product launch.
  • Serve as a key liaison between engineering, product management, design, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive program roadmaps and tracking mechanisms.
  • Lead initiatives in enhancing Data Protection and implementing Data Leak Prevention (DLP).
  • Champion tools, processes, and (optionally) AI-driven methodologies to boost productivity.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program management practices to increase efficiency.
  • Foster clear communication across teams, ensuring transparency and addressing roadblocks promptly.
  • Act as a go-to mentor and resource for team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end technical programs with large-scale impact in a product organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and align to product and program lifecycles.
  • Strong planning, scoping, resource management, and execution tracking skills.
  • Background or experience in Data Protection (e.g., Data Leak Prevention programs) is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with enabling Developer Experience, tools, and processes to improve developer productivity.
  • Knowledge in applying AI technologies for team or individual efficiency is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of technical systems and architectures; hands-on technical experience (e.g., in software development) is a significant plus.
