About the role
- Participate in the F5 Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) Program with hands-on, immersive first year, featuring on-the-job training and shadowing technology professionals.
- Transition into a Digital Sales Solutions Engineer role after the first year and further enhance skills in solutions engineering.
- After spending a year as a Digital Sales Solutions Engineer, qualify to enter the field as a Solutions Engineer.
- Master a blend of technical and sales skills to understand customer needs, present solutions, and support the sales process effectively.
- Work with the latest technologies, gaining practical experience to tackle real-world challenges.
- Build internal and industry networks and pursue career advancement into Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or leadership positions.
- Work onsite in the Spokane office a minimum of three days per week and relocate to Spokane for initial program years.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Must be legally able to live and work in the country you're applying for, without visa support or sponsorship.
- Must be willing to relocate to Spokane, WA for at least two (2) years
- Must be willing to relocate to any location in the U.S. after that (2) years
- Must be willing to work in our Spokane office three (3) days per week
- Year 1: Relocate to an F5 Digital Sales Center of Excellence for 12 months (relocation assistance provided).
- Year 2: Promoted to Digital Sales Solutions Engineering, staying at the Digital Sales Center for 12 months.
- Year 3: Eligible to apply for open Solutions Engineering positions across F5.
