Transition into a Digital Sales Solutions Engineer role after the first year and further enhance skills in solutions engineering.
After spending a year as a Digital Sales Solutions Engineer, qualify to enter the field as a Solutions Engineer.
Master a blend of technical and sales skills to understand customer needs, present solutions, and support the sales process effectively.
Work with the latest technologies, gaining practical experience to tackle real-world challenges.
Build internal and industry networks and pursue career advancement into Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or leadership positions.
Work onsite in the Spokane office a minimum of three days per week and relocate to Spokane for initial program years.
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Must be legally able to live and work in the country you're applying for, without visa support or sponsorship.
Must be willing to relocate to Spokane, WA for at least two (2) years
Must be willing to relocate to any location in the U.S. after that (2) years
Must be willing to work in our Spokane office three (3) days per week
Year 1: Relocate to an F5 Digital Sales Center of Excellence for 12 months (relocation assistance provided).
Year 2: Promoted to Digital Sales Solutions Engineering, staying at the Digital Sales Center for 12 months.
Year 3: Eligible to apply for open Solutions Engineering positions across F5.
