About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for increasing revenue in region/territory/district through partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs)
  • Drive partner sales training opportunities and ensure understanding of F5’s UNITY Partner program
  • Identify new sales opportunities in collaboration with partners
  • Develop strong relationships throughout the partner organization
  • Leverage F5 marketing funds for demand generation activities
  • Participate in account mapping sessions with partners
  • Collaborate on strategic business plans with partners and execute quarterly updates
  • Work on strategic initiatives established by channel management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA in Marketing or Business
  • 5+ years’ experience in technology sales in a channel environment
  • Experience in two-tiered channel resale models
  • Background in software/hardware sales and distribution with networking and security companies
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Application Delivery Networks and security
  • In-depth knowledge of partner organizations, processes, business drivers and internal operations
