About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for increasing revenue in region/territory/district through partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs)
- Drive partner sales training opportunities and ensure understanding of F5’s UNITY Partner program
- Identify new sales opportunities in collaboration with partners
- Develop strong relationships throughout the partner organization
- Leverage F5 marketing funds for demand generation activities
- Participate in account mapping sessions with partners
- Collaborate on strategic business plans with partners and execute quarterly updates
- Work on strategic initiatives established by channel management
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA in Marketing or Business
- 5+ years’ experience in technology sales in a channel environment
- Experience in two-tiered channel resale models
- Background in software/hardware sales and distribution with networking and security companies
- Proven track record of success in channel sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of Application Delivery Networks and security
- In-depth knowledge of partner organizations, processes, business drivers and internal operations
