About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily quoting, pricing approvals, and deal analysis
- Provide discounting guidance and pricing support to regional sales teams
- Ensure compliance with F5 policies, licensing programs, and sales processes
- Meet service level agreements for pricing and approval requests
- Partner with Finance on sales reporting and performance metrics
- Analyse historical pricing trends to support complex deal reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve deal review, scoring, and approval processes
- Support projects and provide updates to Sales Operations leadership
- Improve deal velocity by removing roadblocks and supporting the sales cycle
- Maintain clear communication with HQ and regional sales teams
- Represent customer and field feedback to help drive operational improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Operations or a similar sales support role
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau preferred
- Solid understanding of sales operations, pricing, and channel/direct sales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Comp & perks- Employees within 30 commutable miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter
- Remote: Primarily work from designated home location but can come into an F5 office to work or travel to an offsite location as needed
