About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and/or contribute to implementation enterprise security and delivery solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers on web security and related technologies.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, configuration, testing, Troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support.
- Identify potential technical risks and proactively define mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
- Leverage F5 tools and platforms for implementation, automation, and API enablement.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of processes and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Capture and share field learnings to strengthen internal knowledge and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of core internet technologies, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, HTML, and related web service delivery components.
- In-depth technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Bot Management, Load Balancing/Proxy, Cloud Networking/Operations, Data Center Infrastructure, L3–L7 DDoS protection and CDN.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Foundational experience in networking and network security, with a career progression toward deep expertise in Layer 7 technologies.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting (Python, Terraform).
- Experience integrating solutions within complex environments, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry.
- Background in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services, supporting large-scale enterprise customers.
- Experience in technical roles involving web operations, incident response, customer support, system monitoring, or similar functions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer relationship management.
