About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and conduct end-to-end UX research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping)
  • Lead end-to-end process and experience analysis
  • Translate user needs, research insights, and business goals into intuitive user experiences
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, feasible solutions
  • Validate designs through usability testing and iteration
  • Mentor and support team members in UX research/design practices
  • Ensure initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria
  • Develop and lead comprehensive status reporting for executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Human Factors, HCI, Design, Business, Engineering)
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Human Factors/UX) or equivalent desired
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications highly desirable
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management
  • 3+ years in UX research/design
  • Strong background in project management and a proven track record in UX research or design
  • Proficiency in program management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Workboard)
  • Proficiency in UX research/design tools (e.g., UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics)
