About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Regional Demand Center team across North America
  • Own the North America RDC operating model, ensuring efficient and scalable campaign execution
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across channels (digital, paid media, webinars, sales & marketing programs, email nurtures, creative, operations, partners)
  • Align RDC output to Sales priorities including territory and segment plans, key account coverage, pipeline generation and acceleration goals
  • Define and track key performance metrics including pipeline generated and influenced, conversion rates across the funnel, campaign performance and ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology organizations
  • Proven experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience working within or leading a Regional Demand Center (RDC) or similar centralized demand model
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, lead management and funnel metrics
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sixth Sense etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
