Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and drive the architecture strategy across our GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Corporate IT platforms.
  • Set the standards, integration patterns, and technology direction that determine how our enterprise systems scale, interoperate, and stay compliant.
  • Be the architect leadership turns to before a major platform decision gets made.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience spanning two or more of: ERP, HCM, ITSM, CRM, and corporate productivity platforms.
  • Deep expertise designing integration patterns across enterprise systems — API-first services, event-driven architectures, iPaaS (e.g., Dell Boomi), and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Hands-on architectural ownership of core business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report.
  • Track record establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks adopted across Finance, HR, GTM, and IT.
  • Strong command of compliance and control requirements including SOX, GDPR, and SOC 2 as they apply to enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional leaders on build-vs-buy decisions, vendor selection, and total cost of ownership.
