About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • lead end-to-end development of assigned keynotes and main-stage segments, from initial concept through final delivery
  • manage content creation, including scripts, presentations, and supporting elements
  • lead the development of all supporting keynote elements, including videos, demos, visual design, and stage moments
  • serve as the primary point of contact for assigned keynote programs, driving alignment across stakeholders and workstreams
  • partner with executive speakers to prepare for on-stage delivery, including messaging refinement and rehearsal support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in keynote development, live event production, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise technology environments preferred
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end keynote or main-stage program development
  • Deep knowledge of creative development processes and workback schedules for video production and/or keynote design
  • Experience working with global teams and large-scale events strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel globally as needed
