About the role
- Manage and mentor a small team of product designers
- Conduct regular 1:1s and provide actionable design critiques
- Build a regular cadence of user feedback and usability testing
- Take the lead on complex, ambiguous architectural challenges
- Own the evolution of the Figma design system and standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/Product design experience
- At least 2 years in a formal management or lead role
- A portfolio demonstrating shipped enterprise SaaS products
- Technical fluency with APIs, data latency, and front-end frameworks
- Degree in HCI, Design, or equivalent experience
