About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of features across the AI Security team’s product offerings
- Continuously improve development processes within an efficient Agile workflow
- Manage, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Scientists to shape product vision
- Ensure high technical standards by overseeing code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an engineering management role
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of frontend/backend application architecture and design patterns
- Proficiency in web frameworks such as Vue 3, React, FastAPI, or Django
- Proven ability to lead Agile workflows
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
