Design and manage enterprise-wide identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning, and certification using IGA platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
Oversee access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy enforcement to meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Maintain audit-ready documentation and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Audit teams
Integrate IGA tools with HR systems, directories, and cloud/on-prem applications
Promote automation of access requests, approvals, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
Implement least-privilege access models and support enterprise-wide Zero Trust initiatives
Lead a high-performing IGA team, fostering growth and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security Operations, and Application Owners
Track performance, reporting, and analytics of IGA systems and stay current with industry trends

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SoD, and compliance frameworks
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred: Experience in regulated industries or public company environments
Preferred: Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud-native identity solutions
Preferred: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
