About the role

  • Design and manage enterprise-wide identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning, and certification using IGA platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
  • Oversee access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy enforcement to meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Audit teams
  • Integrate IGA tools with HR systems, directories, and cloud/on-prem applications
  • Promote automation of access requests, approvals, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
  • Implement least-privilege access models and support enterprise-wide Zero Trust initiatives
  • Lead a high-performing IGA team, fostering growth and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security Operations, and Application Owners
  • Track performance, reporting, and analytics of IGA systems and stay current with industry trends

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SoD, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred: Experience in regulated industries or public company environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud-native identity solutions
  • Preferred: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
