Design end-to-end solutions to support F5’s marketing initiatives across all digital engagement channels
Lead solution design and implementation for F5’s web experiences built on modern headless CMS technology
Ensure experiences are performant, secure and globally highly available and highly optimized for SEO/GEO and on-domain search
Ensure seamless integration with mid-funnel marketing systems, sales systems, data warehouse and other enterprise systems
Define and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with marketing objectives, data strategies, and enterprise architecture standards
Evaluate new marketing tools and platforms, providing strategic guidance on fit, scalability, and integration feasibility
Provide hands-on leadership of development projects to support new features and functionality
Ensure accurate scoping and sizing of projects for predictable delivery
Anticipate and remove technical roadblocks through collaboration and creative problem-solving
Partner closely with marketing, sales, operations, analytics, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Lead technical design sessions and guide developers and engineers during implementation
Provide ongoing mentorship for junior team members
Continuously innovate to improve development efficiency, improve team throughput and quality
Lead AI use-case definition and implementation across engineering and stakeholder teams within Marketing
Define and enforce architectural best practices, data governance standards, and platform usage guidelines
Provide documentation, technical mentorship, and knowledge transfer across teams.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in technology architecture, solution design, or technical consulting with a strong focus on marketing technologies
Proven experience architecting and integrating platforms such as: Sanity.io or similar headless CMS
User Interfaces built using modern front-end frameworks such as React.js and Typescript
Coveo, Tealium, Marketo (and a multitude of 3rd party plug-ins for event, campaign and lead management)
Strong understanding of marketing business processes: Demand generation, Campaign management and evaluation, Event and webinar management, Lead scoring and lifecycle management, Segmentation and personalization, Marketing performance analytics
Experience designing data pipelines, integrating APIs, and working with customer data platforms (CDPs), DMPs, or similar
Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, etc.) is a plus
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato), and cloud infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, GCP, Azure)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
