About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose leads' needs and opportunities, presenting solutions that address customer requirements and identifying business challenges to turn them into solutions.
- Identify prospects' main challenges, present product solutions that convey the company's value proposition according to customer needs and profile.
- Track the lead's journey through the sales funnel to optimize service quality by scheduling and qualifying leads.
- Conduct meetings with inbound and outbound leads to present the marketing service.
- Keep the CRM updated and monitor progress through a consultative approach to achieve business objectives and gather feedback on best practices.
- Perform follow-ups with all leads to ensure they are pre-qualified.
- Generate reports via CRM or other tools.
- Create sequences, emails and personalized outreach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Financial Management or related fields.
- Experience as an SDR and/or BDR.
- Knowledge of the B2B market.
- Proven track record in prospecting and converting leads.
- Familiarity with financial management systems.
- Experience selling SaaS software.
- Knowledge of franchising.
- Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies.
