About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically manage the customer lifecycle;
  • Translate usage data into actionable plans;
  • Ensure customer retention and expansion;
  • Act as a liaison between Customers, Product and Sales;
  • Lead results meetings (QBRs);
  • Monitor, engage, and guide customers toward success;
  • Propose solutions and deliver training;
  • Follow up on the progress of customer projects;
  • Gather feedback on the product or service;
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities at the appropriate time;
  • Track performance metrics and use them to manage the customer portfolio;
  • Drive customer retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or related fields;
  • Strong experience in Customer Success;
  • Experience in negotiation and sales;
  • Experience working at a SaaS company;
  • Experience in startups;
  • Direct experience in Customer Success for financial management systems;
  • Experience with retail clients.
