About the role
- Support Customer Success processes, assisting the entire post-sales team
- Assist with customer service processes, helping clients with their requests
- Reach out to customers and present and offer our products
- Assist with completing the team's performance indicators
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with an expected graduation date of July 2026 or later
- Enrolled in evening classes
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Zendesk and Pipefy (preferred)
- Involvement in extracurricular projects
