About the role
- Design and evolve digital experiences, creating solutions that simplify the visualization of complex financial data and promote financial education for users.
- Lead discovery activities, user research and usability testing, translating insights into data-driven design decisions.
- Translate regulations, business rules and technical financial concepts into intuitive, clear and secure interfaces and journeys.
- Design flows and interfaces that reduce cognitive load when presenting large volumes of data (transactions, statements, reports and investments).
- Ensure consistency and integration of the experience across different product areas, promoting a unified journey on the platform.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data and CX teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions focused on value.
- Define, monitor and analyze UX metrics (such as conversion, error reduction and retention), connecting design decisions to product KPIs.
- Influence product decisions through arguments based on data, UX best practices and advocacy for the user's perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Communication, Technology or a related field.
- Experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar), including components, Auto Layout and libraries.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban) and familiarity with tools like Jira.
- Experience in discovery, user research, usability testing and prototyping.
- Ability to use product/UX data and metrics to support design decisions.
- Strong communication skills to document decisions, present solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
