About the role

  • Support the planning, execution and monitoring of institutional and business campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines, alignments and deliverables.
  • Provide support in the production and updating of institutional and commercial materials (presentations, one-pagers, announcements, landing pages, emails, among others).
  • Monitor vendors and partners, supporting control of schedules, scopes and materials.
  • Support the management of institutional events and ad hoc initiatives, handling checklists, logistics and communication.
  • Collect, organize and track marketing metrics (engagement, reach, leads, campaigns), supporting analyses and reports.
  • Support the execution of digital initiatives (corporate social media, email marketing, landing pages), ensuring consistency and timely updates.
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes, materials and communication flows to increase organization and efficiency in the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Design or related fields.
  • Previous experience in corporate, institutional communication, company culture or branding.
  • Intermediate knowledge of video editing and in creating presentations, announcements and simple marketing assets.
  • Experience in project management and schedule organization.
  • Experience organizing corporate events.
  • The following are a plus:
  • Experience working in technology companies or with a SaaS business model.
  • Experience with corporate podcasts.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe (Creative Cloud) and similar tools.
