Key responsibilities & impact

Own month-end and quarter-end close with outsourced accounting team
Manage accounting systems and processes end-to-end
Maintain chart of accounts and expense management processes
Ensure correct transaction coding
Design scalable accounting processes using AI
Oversee revenue recognition, AP/AR, payroll, and expense management
Handle tax coordination and audit readiness
Support FP&A and budgeting activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of progressive accounting experience
You are a CPA
Experience in a venture-backed startup or SaaS company
Comfortable leading outsourced teams
Automation-first mindset with AI and modern tools
Strong command of GAAP and financial controls
Solid Excel and financial-modeling fundamentals
Clear communication skills for presenting financial data
