About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and implement software features end-to-end across the stack for F2's AI platform
Write production code and deliver critical platform components from scratch
Set and uphold coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes
Mentor engineers and co-own a practical, reliable, test-driven development culture
Contribute to monitoring, scaling, and hardening the platform architecture and systems as enterprise demand grows
Partner with product, security, and go-to-market teams to translate the roadmap into production-ready features and deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years building production software across frontend and backend
Track record of shipping features end-to-end
Comfort building with AI at the core, including integrating LLMs, retrieval, or agents into real product experiences
Strong grasp of modern web application development practices and patterns
Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, and AWS is a plus
Authorization to work in the USA
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday–Wednesday
Must be able to work without company-sponsored relocation
Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
