About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports new loan process (appraisal process, credit/property/UCC reports, doc prep requests, KYC, post-close follow up)
- Maintains credit/documentation/collateral files, processes change requests
- Works with Treasury Management and branches for new account opening
- Monitors daily NSFs and overdrafts
- Types, copies, files, schedules, mails, orders supplies
- Obtains all loan and deposit documentation, reviews monthly reports
- Prepares management reports for sales meetings
- Provides professional customer service by offering timely attention
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School or GED
- 3 years of job related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
