About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure Quality Control Business Leaders have necessary reporting tools and data
Compile data regarding internal process effectiveness and efficiency
Provide input to strategic decisions affecting Quality Control Operations
Document and maintain reports and metrics for Shared Services
Identify areas for process improvement through analysis and efficiency metrics
Manage creation and monitoring of dashboards and profitability reports
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality control findings
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management
Collaborate with leadership and business units to deliver data visualizations and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred or 7 years related experience
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Bank profitability measures
3-5 years’ experience in the areas of Data Analysis and Reporting tools
Process Analysis experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, collegial, approachable, and genuine
Collaborative – team player
Attention to Detail
Acknowledges responsibility and can take decisive action when warranted
Results Oriented
Empathetic leader with high emotional intelligence in dealing with peers and subordinates
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral along with good presentation skills
3 plus years of direct experience with report generation software
Proven experience in creating productivity/ performance dashboards
