About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain a general understanding and working knowledge of Licensing and Contracting procedures and regulations.
  • Review provided documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Proactively stay informed of regulatory requirements and updates.
  • Communicate with recruiters, advisors, and other back-office personnel.
  • Initiate agent appointments and process maintenance transactions.
  • Review daily and monthly reports and resolve conflicts with agent data.
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding errors and issues.
  • Participate in cross-training and accept assigned project tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years office experience, in the insurance, or other regulated financial services industry; familiarity in dealing with state regulations, contracts, and other applicable requirements.
  • Combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
