About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain a general understanding and working knowledge of Licensing and Contracting procedures and regulations.
- Review provided documentation to ensure compliance.
- Proactively stay informed of regulatory requirements and updates.
- Communicate with recruiters, advisors, and other back-office personnel.
- Initiate agent appointments and process maintenance transactions.
- Review daily and monthly reports and resolve conflicts with agent data.
- Provide feedback to managers regarding errors and issues.
- Participate in cross-training and accept assigned project tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years office experience, in the insurance, or other regulated financial services industry; familiarity in dealing with state regulations, contracts, and other applicable requirements.
- Combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
