Commissions Services Specialist II
F&GCommissions Services Specialist II ensuring accurate and timely processing of commissions for distribution partners. Requires a background in insurance or regulated financial services industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain a general understanding and working knowledge of Commissions procedures and regulations.
- Review daily and monthly reports and takes immediate action to resolve any conflicts with agent data.
- Interact with internal and external customers appropriately on an as-needed basis.
- Participate in cross-training within the department.
- Accept and own assigned project tasks; understands impact within the team or organization.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Provide feedback to managers regarding repeated errors and issues that could be related to system functionality or training.
- Ensure individual quality and productivity standards are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- AA or BA degree preferred. Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 2 years office experience, in the insurance, or other regulated financial services industry; familiarity in dealing with state regulations, commissions, and other applicable requirements.
