About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain a general understanding and working knowledge of Commissions procedures and regulations.
  • Review daily and monthly reports and takes immediate action to resolve any conflicts with agent data.
  • Interact with internal and external customers appropriately on an as-needed basis.
  • Participate in cross-training within the department.
  • Accept and own assigned project tasks; understands impact within the team or organization.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding repeated errors and issues that could be related to system functionality or training.
  • Ensure individual quality and productivity standards are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AA or BA degree preferred. Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience, in the insurance, or other regulated financial services industry; familiarity in dealing with state regulations, commissions, and other applicable requirements.
