About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote the sale of annuity products through leading and management of group of Regional Directors.
  • Achieve sales targets established by the company.
  • Foster production through independent insurance agents and develop new agent relationships.
  • Oversee wholesaling effectiveness and of Regional Directors.
  • Develop metrics to measure and manage the activity and results of the Regional Directors.
  • Assist in coordinating primary activities of the internal Premier Service Team.
  • Maintain successful business relationships with National Account VPs, National Account Managers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 10+ year of relevant experience of key account management experience
  • Industry recognized designation preferred such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, or Security License.
