About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote the sale of annuity products through leading and management of group of Regional Directors.
- Achieve sales targets established by the company.
- Foster production through independent insurance agents and develop new agent relationships.
- Oversee wholesaling effectiveness and of Regional Directors.
- Develop metrics to measure and manage the activity and results of the Regional Directors.
- Assist in coordinating primary activities of the internal Premier Service Team.
- Maintain successful business relationships with National Account VPs, National Account Managers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 10+ year of relevant experience of key account management experience
- Industry recognized designation preferred such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, or Security License.
