About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal guidance and support for a broad range of investment transactions
- Review, draft, negotiate, and support vendor contracts and commercial agreements
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Investments, Sourcing, and business functions
- Provide legal support and guidance for institutional markets initiatives
- Lead or support special departmental and corporate projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 5+ year of relevant experience
- Legal and/or compliance experience within the financial services industry
- Experience supporting investment transactions, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance activities
