About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead testing activities for large projects
- Act as a key point of contact, providing QA services and coordinating resources
- Ensure timely resolution or response and follow up on requests
- Participate in requirements and design review meetings
- Ability to perform and track test executions and report on the results
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and obtain sign off
- Provide subject matter expertise in a professional manner
- Understand, build, update and maintain procedural documentation
- Lead quality assurance efforts by actively leading or participating in improvement teams
- Participate in the continuous expansion and enhancement of the F&G Testing Center of Excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience in documenting and analyzing software test metrics
- Previous experience with life and annuity products preferred
- Experience working in an IT ecosystem (third party vendors, software suppliers, SaaS, PaaS) preferred
