About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support the end-to-end management and optimization of our customer journey – from the first lead to a qualified client appointment
  • You qualify incoming leads, conduct pre-sales conversations and clarify initial requirements by phone
  • You maintain, structure and further develop our CRM system and keep track of all leads and contacts
  • You prepare information from conversations in a structured way for our consultants
  • You help continuously improve our internal processes around lead management, contact maintenance and appointment preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are an enrolled student (at least in your 3rd semester of a Bachelor's program or in a Master's program) in a subject such as Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication Studies, Business Psychology or a related field
  • You are eager to gain insights into our company and can commit at least 10, ideally 20 hours per week
  • You want to be active, not just observe: you enjoy having conversations, building contacts, thinking proactively and taking on responsibility
  • You conduct initial phone calls with enthusiasm, structure and a genuine sense for the person you are speaking to
  • You handle phone conversations confidently and friendly and know how to professionally engage leads
  • You are not afraid of cold calling and see it as an opportunity to start meaningful conversations
  • You work in a structured, reliable and careful manner and like to take responsibility
  • You have a strong sense for organization, processes and professional handling of customers and leads
  • You learn new tools and software quickly (e.g. CRM systems, LinkedIn, MS Office)
  • You bring strong self-management skills and a high standard of quality
  • Initial experience in consulting, sales, customer contact or project work is an advantage but not required
  • You have prior experience with remote work
  • You enjoy working in a team, contribute ideas and think proactively
  • You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
