About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, with a focus on high-volume customer service roles, as well as administrative and back-office vacancies;
- Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, define attraction strategies, and monitor selection processes;
- Design and implement actions to ensure a positive and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey;
- Support and execute onboarding processes, contributing to efficient integration and a positive experience for new hires;
- Participate in initiatives related to employee experience and strengthening the employer brand;
- Use digital tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions to optimize processes, increase productivity, and deliver better results for the area;
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of processes;
- Support projects related to attraction, development, and retention of talent.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
- Experience in customer service companies, contact centers, 24/7 assistance services, or high-volume operations;
- Knowledge of interviewing and candidate assessment techniques;
- Experience or interest in onboarding and employee experience processes;
- Proactive, organized profile with the ability to perform in a dynamic environment;
- Strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build relationships;
- Curiosity and interest in innovation, technology, and Artificial Intelligence applied to HR;
