About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide maintenance and enhancements for internal and external web systems, ensuring they operate correctly
Collaborate with business areas, clients, and the technical team to gather and understand requirements
Develop, implement, and validate continuous improvements to systems
Identify, analyze, and fix defects, ensuring application stability and quality
Create queries and reports in SQL Server to support requests
Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as React and MongoDB

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or Information Technology
Technical training in C#, SQL Server, Databases, React, MongoDB, and Operating Systems
Critical thinking, analytical skills, and logical reasoning
Experience in 24-hour assistance/insurance (a plus)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
