About the role

  • Develop, train, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using Machine Learning algorithms and statistical techniques;
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, opportunities, and trends;
  • Design and maintain structured, scalable data pipelines;
  • Clean, process, and prepare large volumes of data from multiple sources;
  • Define and monitor performance metrics to evaluate deployed models;
  • Conduct statistical studies, simulations, and hypothesis tests to solve business problems;
  • Document processes, models, and methodologies developed;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data policies, standards, governance, and quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Science or a related field;
  • Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries;
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational/non-relational databases;
  • Strong knowledge of applied statistics and regression/classification techniques;
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and structuring datasets;
  • Experience with Git and code versioning;
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
  • Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and modern data architectures;
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision;
  • Experience with generative AI projects and large language models (LLMs);
  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment;
  • Reside in São Paulo, with availability for occasional visits to the headquarters located in São Bernardo do Campo (SBC);
