Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Data, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Advanced Excel and intermediate to advanced Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation, processing, and querying is a plus.
Solid experience in Planning, preferably in contact centers.
Experience with operational routines and contact center metrics.
Familiarity with WFM systems.
Experience in 24-hour assistance or insurance sectors is a plus.
Easy commute to the São Bernardo do Campo area.
