About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms, such as online job boards, social media, and Company website.
  • Screen resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements and criteria.
  • Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for the role and the Company culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or four to eight years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proven recruiting experience or a combination of business experience or education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
