About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with customers and peers for Workday HCM configuration and support
- Serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert advising teams on functionality
- Analyze interdependencies between Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll
- Design and configure Workday Business Processes to streamline workflows
- Develop comprehensive test plans for Workday updates and lead UAT sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-7 years of functional/technical experience with Workday HCM modules
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or similar major
- Deep expertise in Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll business processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Excel
- Proactive ability to identify system gaps
