About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and oversee talent acquisition and Team Member development
- Guide, train and participate in the execution of HR policies and processes
- Support Field Leadership in staffing, performance management, and development
- Conduct HR training and exit interviews
- Develop strong working relationships and provide quality work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors' degree in Business, Human Resources, or related course of study or five to eight years of work experience in a related field
- Progressive Human Resources generalist experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Retail/pawn and multi-unit experience preferred
