About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy and execution for the post-order customer experience
  • Use data and research to develop hypotheses that improve customer experience, retention, and self-service
  • Identify ways to encourage reviews, favorites, reward points redemption, and reordering
  • Build intuitive tools for customers to manage orders without customer care assistance
  • Set and own KPIs and iteratively experiment to improve outcomes
  • Drive the vision and roadmap for post-order experience, including order management, visibility, reviews, and rewards
  • Evangelize the roadmap and vision using research and data
  • Build deep empathy for ezCater users and champion their needs
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, Fulfillment Operations, and Customer Service
  • Identify areas for innovation and improvement and implement strategies to maintain an exceptional marketplace user experience
  • Create and monitor success metrics
  • Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing e-commerce products
  • Marketplace experience is a plus
  • Post-order experience is a plus
  • Proven experience innovating on behalf of customers
  • Deep analytic ability and comfort manipulating data
  • Ability to build hypotheses to inform innovative solutions
  • Fluency with AI tools such as Claude for prototyping and improving execution speed
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other events
  • Applicants must not require employer sponsorship for work visas or legal permanent residence
