About the role

  • Define the offering and align on the best way to organize it
  • Define the MVP offering and work with engineering partners to quickly bring it to market
  • Work with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Own the success of the offering by ruthlessly prioritizing the scope for the first launch
  • Experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product experience leading roadmap development
  • Experience in successful 0-1 product launches
  • Experience integrating with third party applications via API integrations
  • Experience in Fintech and/or Payments is required
  • Autonomous and comfortable directing your own way to reach goals
  • Familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces
  • Excellent track record providing a positive customer experience
  • A keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks
  • A creative problem solver
  • Data driven: work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives
