About the role

  • Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections.
  • Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects.
  • Work closely with operations team for project execution and payment recovery.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners in key states to drive scale.
  • Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field.
  • Proven track record in Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales.
  • Deep understanding of B2G and defense procurement processes (DAP, GeM, State Disaster Procurement).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
