Divisional Sales Manager – Automotive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute a strategic sales plan that drives incremental revenue aligned to company goals
- Implement and coach a methodology-based selling approach across the team
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of high-performing direct sales representatives
- Lead onboarding and training for new sales team members
- Own pipeline management and forecasting accuracy across your division
- Provide ongoing coaching (virtual and in-person) to improve individual and team performance
- Establish and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align sales efforts with broader business objectives
- Develop and deliver sales enablement resources, tools, and training for the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong experience with CRM systems and pipeline/forecast management
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and scale sales talent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
