About the role
- Define and own the architecture for QA automation and software verification frameworks
- Build scalable, high-quality automation and test harnesses across our product suite
- Leverage agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to generate, refine, and scale test automation
- Guide and direct AI-driven test creation and validation strategies
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of QA systems
- Partner closely with engineering to embed testing into the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software QA automation or test engineering
- Deep expertise in modern QA automation and software verification frameworks
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and security concepts
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of ownership
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments
