About the role
- Responsible for ensuring that all customers who enter the stores are professionally assisted with the purchase of eyewear
- Adjust the work schedule to manage competing priorities
- Manage daily operations of multiple stores
- Meet all Eyemart standards: sales production, pricing, inventory control
- Manage store employees and establish performance standards
- Ensure total patient satisfaction and resolve any patient complaints
Requirements
- At least 5 years of retail optical management experience
- Experience working in the optical industry is required
- Experience working in retail, customer service or sales
- Experience managing people is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
