About the role
- Create assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop variations for A/B testing
- Produce sales collateral and presentations
- Support the visual design and optimization of landing pages
- Help standardize visual identity across products
- Create institutional and social media assets
- Work in partnership with external agencies and the internal team
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with performance-focused digital design
- Understanding of UX, information hierarchy, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with metrics such as CTR, CPC and conversion rate
- Experience with AI tools applied to creative work (e.g., image generation, copy assistance, data analysis and creative optimization)
- Proficiency or familiarity with Canva
- Experience writing copy for campaigns and landing pages
- Interest in technology, digital products and startup environments
