About the role
- Activate new optical stores: catalog, pricing, coupons, geolocation and Digital Showcase reports
- Plan and execute campaigns (seasonal and always-on), prioritizing efficient CAC and healthy LTV
- Operate the end-to-end funnel: click/coupon → visit → sale → renewal
- Drive premium lenses and customer recurrence through A/B testing and continuous improvement
- Manage a portfolio with store-level health scores, QBRs, success plans and expansion roadmaps
- Analyze data: cohorts, conversion rates, average ticket, incremental revenue and churn alerts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Growth, Product, Trade) for deliverables and local activations
- Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) in actions and communications
Requirements
- Experience as a CSM or Account Manager in SaaS B2B2C, O2O retail, e-commerce or retail tech
- Analytical profile with strong command of funnels, cohorts, Excel/Sheets and BI tools
- Hands-on, autonomous and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot), task management (ClickUp) and automation (CleverTap, RD, Braze)
- Clear, consultative communication focused on delivering business value
- Ability to lead executive meetings, trainings and success rituals with partners
