About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform across development, test, and production environments.
- Configure and support ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, custom applications, and domain separation.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, availability, and security.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve platform issues.
- Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
- Develop and maintain Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, and custom applications.
- Implement ServiceNow AI solutions.
- Support deployments using Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize data synchronization.
- Work with third-party vendors and internal teams on system integrations.
- Implement RBAC, ACLs, security best practices, governance processes, architecture reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.
- Participate in platform upgrade planning, testing, and remediation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
- Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.) (preferred).
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments (preferred).
