About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Europe West Talent Leader
- Translate Talent priorities into clear actions, owners and timelines
- Maintain Talent plans, calendars, trackers, governance routines and action logs
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, meeting notes and leadership updates
- Support Talent processes across onboarding, development, retention, mobility and workforce initiatives
- Coordinate Talent meetings, including invitations, communications, materials, attendance and follow-up
- Consolidate Talent data and maintain dashboards and status reports
- Draft Talent communications, guidance, reminders and stakeholder updates
- Maintain Talent documentation, templates and repositories while handling sensitive information confidentially
- Simplify and standardise Talent processes and ways of working, including approved digital and AI tools
- Coordinate across talent leaders, local talent teams, mobility and enabling functions
- Plan, coordinate and deliver the EY-Parthenon Learning & Development agenda across Europe West
- Maintain learning calendars, programme plans, trackers, nomination and enrolment lists, attendance records, feedback and follow-up actions
- Coordinate learning programmes, onboarding events, bootcamps and learning sessions
- Maintain learning materials, toolkits, guidance, presentations and content on Teams or SharePoint
- Coordinate AI, future-skills and capability-building initiatives
- Monitor programme milestones, participation and learner feedback
- Support supplier, venue and budget coordination
- Strengthen the learner experience through timely communications, guidance, support and consistent programme delivery
- Balance Talent and Learning priorities and manage competing deadlines
- Build relationships with stakeholders across countries and enabling functions
- Produce accurate, well-structured, leadership-ready communications and materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, with preference for HR Specialisation
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent, Human Resources, Learning & Development, programme coordination and project support
- Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
- Experience working in international and diverse environments
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, trackers, presentations and written communications
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong spoken and written English
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to anticipate needs, follow through and escalate appropriately
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- Openness to using approved AI tools to improve productivity
- Excellent client service, networking and relationship development skills
- Ability to work successfully in a virtual team environment with limited supervision
- Shift aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Europe West region
