About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Global Alliance Commercial and Functional Alliance Directors to grow EY’s Microsoft alliance investment year over year
  • Evaluate Microsoft alliance programs and contribute to EY’s participation across member firm locations
  • Develop expertise in Microsoft investment programs, partner performance measurement, and contracting risk reduction
  • Interpret new programs, create plans to leverage and optimize them, and coordinate cross-team execution processes
  • Drive enablement and execution of alliance investment programs across regions in alignment with global strategy
  • Engage regional service line leaders, alliance partner teams, and market enablement leads to align, localize, and execute programs
  • Collaborate with teams managing ongoing program execution and related alliance partner processes
  • Provide Microsoft solution-area subject matter expertise and escalation support to sales and delivery teams
  • Drive investment reporting, insights, and performance management
  • Prepare executive reporting with Global Commercial and Alliance Relationship Directors
  • Develop and maintain investment dashboards, trackers, and executive summaries
  • Analyze investment trends and recommend actions to improve processes, governance, and go-to-market impact
  • Communicate program progress, support needs, and leadership decisions required
  • EY exists to build long-term value for clients, people, and society through assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax, and transactions services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Technology, or Finance
  • Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA (Business, Finance)
  • 12+ years of experience working in relevant technology and professional services environments
  • Proven experience collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a virtual environment across geographies
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot partner programs
  • Experience working for a global system integrator and/or Big Four firm with exposure to complex partner, incentive, and investment programs
  • Experience operationalizing complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management
  • Ability to advise senior business leaders on maximizing partner program benefits and minimizing risks
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in matrixed structures of large global partners
  • Strong English speaking skills at negotiation level
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to operate primarily independently and direct activities of resources in other practice areas or functions
  • Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
