About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead contracting process management support for new ecosystem relationships, including intake, workflow coordination, documentation readiness, review tracking, and closure support
- Provide program management support, status reporting, process governance, and visibility of risks, dependencies, delays, and escalations
- Develop, track, analyze, and report SLAs and operational metrics for contracting workflows
- Coordinate with Alliance Delivery Center teams, GDS RMS, GCO, Independence, onshore stakeholders, and enabling teams
- Follow up with business and GCO teams across multiple countries to reduce workflow bottlenecks and turnaround times
- Support ERMS data and contract management/maintenance
- Prepare regular reports for Risk Management and Ecosystem Leadership
- Provide proactive BRET and contract renewal support
- Develop and follow quality control procedures, including version control, checklists, audit trails, process documentation, and exception logs
- Manage exceptions and consult or escalate as needed
- Review contracts to identify and flag changes to specific terms, including Independence terms
- Liaise with Global/Local GCO and Global/Local Independence
- Maintain country legal and Independence contact lists
- Support supplier onboarding with Alliance partners
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardize activities, improve documentation, and leverage Agentic AI for automation and simplification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or Law
- Masters in Business Administration (Finance, Risk, Entrepreneurship, etc)
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in contracts operations, alliance or partner operations, program management, risk/compliance operations, business process management, or a comparable professional services environment
- Highly organized with program/project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with contracts and evaluating changes and summarizing impacts
- Excellent proficiency with MS Word, including version management, track changes, and document comparison
- Experience working with senior onshore stakeholders and stakeholder management
- Experience with virtual working across multiple geographies and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to independently identify and resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, define mitigation strategies, and implement preventive actions
- Strong conceptualization and process design skills
- Ability to identify automation and simplification opportunities and translate business pain points into digital use cases
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, Agentic AI concepts, prompt-based workflow support, process automation, and data-driven reporting
- Strong documentation skills and experience drafting detailed process documentation
- Experience using process mapping tools such as SIPOCs and MS Visio cross-functional flow charts
- Experience creating training materials
- Experience working with Alliance/Partner programs in a professional services or technology company
- Working hours required to follow US Work Hours
