About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and support internal client-serving teams in India and Bangladesh on SAP and finance processes
Work with Finance teams to assist client-serving teams with their financials
Prepare and facilitate training on SAP and finance
Provide virtual support by phone or email
Resolve immediate questions and escalate issues when necessary
Educate and guide teams through recommendations and training
Document calls, emails and chats in the system
Share best practices and support team members across borders and service lines
Stay current with firm policies, processes and tools
Stay connected with business and functional experts
Self-educate and seek additional knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Commerce
Finance experience would be helpful
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments
Ability to follow commercial and legal requirements
Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
Adaptable and creative approach
Ability to work across teams, service lines and borders
Knowledge of SAP and finance processes is relevant to the role
