About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide ongoing data and operations support for the EY-Microsoft Alliance from the GDS Alliance Partner Operations COE
Act as a trusted advisor to Microsoft Alliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Translate complex data, operational signals and competing priorities into recommendations, scenario options and leadership actions
Prepare comprehensive reporting and collaborate with Finance on weekly, monthly and annual results analysis
Produce customized revenue, sales and pipeline visualizations, analyses and insights
Support opportunity management through taxonomy, keywords and solution mapping across EY and Microsoft products
Track prospects and key wins for leadership reporting
Spearhead digital transformation initiatives with the Finance Reporting team
Design, develop, deploy and maintain BI-driven business and financial reporting using Power BI and SQL
Develop and refine Microsoft-focused reporting infrastructure beyond global dashboards
Improve efficiency through automation and digital integration
Lead cross-functional alignment across alliance, sales, finance, enablement, marketing, sector, regional, technology and data teams
Shape executive narratives for business reviews, steering committees, strategic planning, investment reviews, leadership forums and governance discussions
Program manage Alliance Partner processes and tools, including partner tools, portals, access requests, certifications and skills tracking
Review and refresh Alliance reference materials and facilitate access through SharePoint and other tools
Manage onshore stakeholder expectations, plans and communications
Prepare materials, facilitate leadership discussions, document actions and track follow-ups
Partner with onshore Alliance Enablement contacts on strategic projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
15+ Years of work experience
Project/Program Management certification would be an added advantage
Executive-level understanding of business performance management, revenue operations, alliance operations, business intelligence, sales operations, pipeline reporting, KPI governance, investment tracking, value realization and leadership dashboarding
Strong commercial and strategic acumen across pipeline, revenue influence, sales motions, partner ecosystem performance, opportunity management and lifecycle, solution activation, go-to-market programs, co-investment and growth performance
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, surface inconsistencies, frame trade-offs and convert business performance insights into practical executive decisions and action plans
Strong understanding of alliance-led growth priorities, partner ecosystem models, joint go-to-market motions, business reviews, enablement priorities, investment governance and performance measures
Advanced capability in executive reporting and storytelling, including board-style narratives, scenario options, performance commentary, risk posture summaries, leadership briefings and concise “so what” insights
Experience working with large data sets and analyzing through a business lens
Experience working in a matrixed environment and translating between functional areas
Proven ability in evaluation, root cause analysis, and mitigation
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Competence in Power BI
Experience working with senior onshore stakeholders and developing trusted advisor relationships
Experience with virtual working across multiple geographies and cultural sensitivity
Competence in managing project budgets, execution, and tracking
Strong time management and ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects with varying deadlines
Strong decision-making ability to enhance processes and drive business growth
Excellent written and oral communication in English, with strong business writing skills
Ability to foster knowledge sharing and best practices
Ability to promote effective teamwork while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Experience working with Alliance or Partner programs in a professional services or technology environment
Understanding of EY & GDS operations for internal candidates, or Big 4 consultancy experience in leadership support or strategic environments for external candidates
